Hi, fellow romance addicts! Growing up my parents and grandparents read to me all the time. Having two librarians in the family (mother and grandfather) meant I always surrounded by books. In seventh grade I borrowed my first romance novel – Diamond Girl by Diana Palmer – from my mom. (Well, ok, maybe I forgot to ask her.) I’ve been hooked ever since. I still borrow books from her, but now I ask.
My favorite romance authors include Julia Quinn, Linda Howard, Stephanie Laurens. In addition to romances I read mysteries, horror, and general fiction. Non-romance favorite authors include J.D. Robb, Jonathan Kellerman, Stephen White, Laurell Hamilton.
I grew up in Delaware. (Like most people you’re probably thinking “I’ve driven through there”.) Then went to Virginia Tech for engineering bachelors and masters degrees. Currently I live in Phoenix, AZ with my husband. I’m a program manger for a computer chip manufacturer. When I’m not reading, I enjoy cross-stitching, cooking, theater, skiing, and traveling for fun.
